Sarzana - Molicciara 12 km. 5th of October 2022

To day an easy one for us (as we have earned it). Fantastic weather and only 11 or 12 km of 28 km of the official stage to Massa. Leonardo had earlier got a recommendation to spend the night in this establishment because of the good accommodation, atmosphere and food. The host Emanuel a very nice man who even brought us to the beach and back and prepared our 3 course meal in the mean time. We had a swim in the Med which still maintained a comfortable temperature and had a beer to do away with the salt.  We were the only guests at the Calendiluna guest house. A bottle of the local red wine made a good dinner complete.  

All in all a wonderful day to day and extra exciting for Leonardo who hadn't seen the sea for many years.

Tomorrow we'll walk the rest of the way to Massa.
